	While the API didn't change with the move to v2.0, the name,
	sort_code, and account_no will most likey be different in this
	verson than in previous.

    Re-write to use OFX interface rather than screen scraping
    - Citi move to aspnet style forms which require javascript support
      (or lost of kludges to fake javascript)
    - Should be much more stable
