        Refactored whole module to enable adding defining options with
        priorities (e.g. config prio=10, cmdline prio=20).

        `version.pm' thinks 0.02 is higher than 0.02.01. OK, my bad.
        I should use semantic versioning (http://semver.org/) anyway.
